1 Plantain (green)

:: Instructions ::
Step 1 – Peel plantain carefully
(( Sometimes using a knife is easier, just be really careful ))
Step 2 – Cut plantain in slices
Step 3 – In a medium pan lay a thin layer of oil and heat at medium heat
Step 4 – Place slices of plantains in pan and let it cook until a fork can go through it
Step 5 – Flip and let cook until the other side is a light brown
Step 6 – Remove from heat and place on top of paper towels to soak up some of the oil
Step 7 – Flatten each slice with a glass cup
Step 8 – Flash fry the flatten chips on both sides and then remove from heat on paper towel
Step 9 – Sprinkle salt on warm plantain chips
& Enjoy!!
PS: You can eat these alone, or dip them into some guacamole!!
